What we collect on this site

Nothing. There is no contact form on this site, no sign-up, no account area and no online checkout. We don't ask you for your name, your email, your phone number or any payment details.

The only thing recorded automatically is the technical connection data our hosting provider logs (IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type) — as any web server does. It exists to keep the site running and protected from abuse, and we don't use it to identify you.

If you message us on WhatsApp

The buttons on this site open a conversation on WhatsApp. From that point WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies (Meta), not ours — it's their service.

Whatever you write to us is used only to answer you, quote you, ship what you order or arrange an experience. We don't pass it to anyone and we don't use it to send you advertising. If you'd like us to delete the conversation and your details, just ask.

If you buy or book

To ship an order or issue an invoice we need the details you give us (name, address, tax details where applicable). We use them for that, and we keep them for as long as Italian law requires accounting records to be kept.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us what data we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, or limit how it's used. Message us and we'll deal with it. If you think something is wrong, you can contact the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
